Purpose Of The App

Go BikeFit AI is designed to help cyclists review riding posture, rider measurements, bike setup information, and general bike fit recommendations.

The app is intended as a bike fitting assistance tool only.

The app is not:

• A medical device.

• A healthcare service.

• A substitute for professional bike fitting.

• A guarantee of riding comfort, performance, or injury prevention.

No Medical Advice

The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or injury assessment.

If you experience:

• Pain

• Numbness

• Discomfort

• Injury symptoms

• Unsafe bike handling

you should stop riding and seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional, physiotherapist, bike fitter, or mechanic.

Analysis Accuracy

Analysis results depend on many factors, including:

• Camera position.

• Video quality.

• Lighting conditions.

• Side-view alignment.

• Rider visibility.

• Body landmark detection accuracy.

• Information entered by the user.

Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.

You acknowledge that all scores, measurements, recommendations, and fit suggestions are estimates only.

Rider Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Any bike adjustments you make.

• How you interpret app recommendations.

• Your riding decisions.

• Verifying measurements before making changes.

We recommend making adjustments gradually and testing changes safely before riding in traffic, racing, training, or other demanding conditions.

Service Bookings

Where service booking or contact options are available, all services remain subject to:

• Location availability.

• Scheduling availability.

• Confirmation by Go Workshop.

• Applicable pricing.

• Scope of work.

App recommendations do not guarantee that any specific mechanical adjustment, repair, or bike fit service is required.

Paid Features

The app may be offered as:

• A paid download.

• A one-time purchase.

• An in-app purchase.

• A subscription service.

All purchases, refunds, billing matters, and platform-specific policies are governed by the relevant app marketplace, including Google Play and Apple App Store policies.

Licence

Go Workshop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Go BikeFit AI for personal and lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute the app.

• Reverse engineer the app.

• Attempt to extract source code.

• Use the app for unlawful purposes.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Go Workshop Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Property damage.

• Bike damage.

• Loss of performance.

• Loss of profits.

• Data loss.

• Indirect or consequential damages.

This limitation applies whether arising from:

• Reliance on app recommendations.
